Rejected Exhibition Terms and Conditions

• Ownership and copyright is retained with the artist.

• Sole owner of the copyright and model release (you covered this)

• If any minors are to be exhibited, you will be asked to provide a parental consent form.

• One entry per person

• Made within the last 12 months

• Open to analogue and digital practice.

• No extensive use of AI is accepted, however minor photoshop or retouching is fine.

• Works that are considered offensive in any form whatsoever will not be accepted.

• Participants agree to us potentially using their name and image as part of promotions and marketing for this exhibition.

• Participants can deliver the artwork by appointment between Monday 22nd July and Wednesday 24th July to Coburg Studios, 69 Charles Street Coburg North.

• Collection is to be made by appointment within 2 weeks of the exhibition or at 5pm on Sunday 26th July from Coburg Studios, 69 Charles Street Coburg North.

• Works will not be held past 11th August 2026.

• We will do our best to take the upmost care while your artwork is on loan to us.

• We are not handling sales. If your work is for sale, you must supply web and social details so that the general public can contact you directly.

• We take no responsibility for loss, liability of any damage in any form, before during or after the exhibition. If you have any concerns, please take out private insurance for peace of mind.

• Please note that the exhibition space is located on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs. We sincerely apologise that this venue is not wheelchair accessible at this time.
