Buy bulk hours
Overview
The bulk package is designed to give you bang for your buck and allows you the freedom to use the Darkroom over a period of two months, or until your hours run out. Once you have purchased your bulk hours package, you will be emailed a code to use in the regular hourly bookings section, just keep making bookings with the code and your hours will count down as you go.
Each enlarger available is regularly serviced and maintained to ensure you get the best out of your session.
We offer printing size up to 11x14 for our regular bookings but if you’d like to print bigger please get in touch here and we can get it sorted.
IMPORTANT: If you have no previous Darkroom experience we ask you complete our Darkroom Foundation Workshop which will get you up to speed and ready to start printing!
Have you done an induction?
Chances are you have already spent time at District Darkroom, but in the case that you haven’t yet, new faces will need to take up an Induction session. This is included in the Bulk hours package price.

After this step in the booking process you will be prompted to then purchase the Bulk Hours package from the confirmation screen and email receipt.
Enlarger booking info
Below is a list of the Enlarger equipment currently up and running and available to book for slots of 4, 6, and 8 hours at a time. When you book a session, your enlarger and chemicals will be set up ready for your arrival. All you need to bring is your negatives and photo paper. Out of hours access to DDC (email has to be sent and confirmed by DDC to arrange) is offered with this package.

We offer Film Development gear as an additional/optional resource to be utilised throughout the booking. It is inclusive of the package and can be easily added to your appointment (see Choose your block of time below).
